Greaves India offer bespoke luxury tours around India. Every detail is meticulously planned to ensure your holiday is hassle free and runs smoothly. We were lucky enough to experience Greaves’ hospitality first hand as our MD undertook a relaxing week long excursion around India’s sights and first class hotels and restaurants.
Greaves felt that their website wasn’t delivering the same levels of elegance and luxury as their tours, so hired Crowd to make sure the digital marketing reflected the Greaves brand values.
With a bank of fantastic photography available, Crowd set about creating an immersive website to highlight the varied experiences to be had on a Greaves tour. Coupled with a simple typographic treatment and illustrated flourishes, the site is a joy to explore across all devices especially tablet where we envisage most users will browse.
In addition, we were able to help Greaves streamline their sales process with a tool built into the CMS of the site. The tool can be used by Greaves staff to build a bespoke itinerary which can then be emailed to the customer on a unique URL. With a delivered look that matches the site, the itinerary can be printed in an ink and paper friendly way thanks to a print specific stylesheet which strips photos and dark backgrounds.
The website was adapted for the US arm of the organisation, providing costs in dollars and adapting some of the messaging and highlights for the American market.
Ongoing Marketing Support
Upon launch, Crowd launched a social media marketing strategy to ensure the same look and feel supporting the brand values was utilised across all channels and an easily updateable e-newsletter was delivered to keep both existing and prospective customers informed on offers, news and tour highlights.
The website has received an excellent reception from client, customers and the creative community where it has received awards for design and innovation.
