Intersolar Europe 2026: Bringing every moment beyond the exhibition floor
Making every event moment count
Intersolar Europe is one of the biggest dates in the renewable energy calendar. Across three days, the exhibition brings together industry leaders, product launches, customer conversations and the latest innovations from across the renewable energy sector.
With so much happening across the exhibition floor, keeping audiences informed takes more than posting updates as they happen.
At Crowd, event amplification is about creating a connected story that extends beyond the exhibition floor. From planning what will be covered before the doors open to publishing updates throughout the day and producing content that continues the conversation afterwards, every stage is designed to maximise the value of being there.
Having supported clients at Intersolar over multiple years, we’ve developed an approach that allows our teams to move quickly on-site while keeping content timely, consistent and aligned with the wider campaign. It also means we’re able to adapt quickly to changing schedules, respond to opportunities as they arise and keep content flowing throughout the exhibition.
Bringing the event to Social Media
Our team was on-site throughout the three-day exhibition, capturing important moments.
Executive interviews, product discussions, panel sessions and partnership announcements were all captured throughout the event, while our in-studio team worked in parallel to edit content, produce video assets and prepare social posts for publication. This meant fresh content could be shared throughout each day, keeping audiences connected to the event as it unfolded, wherever they were.
The close collaboration between our on-site and in-studio teams allowed us to maintain a steady stream of high-quality content without taking focus away from what was happening on the ground.
By the time the exhibition came to a close, we had built a substantial library of photography, video and interview content ready to support the post-event campaign. Rather than marking the end of the conversation, it became the foundation for weeks of follow-up content, helping extend the reach of the event well beyond the exhibition floor.
Creating momentum that lasts
An exhibition may only last a few days, but its impact shouldn’t end there.
When approached strategically, event amplification helps brands extend the reach of key announcements, share expertise with audiences beyond the venue and continue conversations long after the event has finished. It also creates a valuable bank of content that can support wider marketing activity in the weeks and months that follow.
At Crowd, we see every event as an opportunity to create lasting value. By combining on-site coverage with real-time publishing and post-event storytelling, we help brands extend the impact of every exhibition long after the doors have closed.
