Position Summary


Our Global Agency is looking for a marketing intern that could look after an Internal Communications Landscape Scenario

Crowd is an award-winning, global creative and performance media agency. Founded in 2012, we have 10 offices worldwide – strategically located in the most important business hubs globally. Specialising in creative communications and a clientele that ranges from government, professional services, F&B, travel, education and more, we are expanding and are looking for a talented marketing intern to join the team.

You will be working closely with our Managing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to participate and run independent research and analysis around communications strategies and develop a scenario to summarise the main findings and key learnings.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the research team and be exposed to great examples of digital and communication campaigns for some of the biggest media and digital companies.

We will aim to give our interns hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research, and perhaps also with our strategy consulting team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in market research, marketing, or aims to work within the media industry.

Key tasks:

  • Browsing companies websites
  • Using search engines and databases to scrape and monitor websites
  • Searching LinkedIn, Twitter, and other online resources
  • Recording details in a spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentations
  • Write reports, commentaries and summaries of the findings
  • Analise competitors communication channels, e.g. newsletters, blogs, case studies etc


Key Skills:

  • Good problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
  • The ability to see the big picture and understand which information matters
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills and the ability to manage your own workload when working independently
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A methodical approach to work
  • A relevant university degree, such as economics, marketing or statistics. Other degrees will also be considered
